Skitter & Plasma Car Assembly Instructions

***See pictures below***

1. Insert the rear wheel assemblies into the rear wheel sockets of the main body until they are secured. (please note that there are a left wheel and right wheel.)

2. With rubber mallet tap rear wheels into rear wheel assemblies.

3. Take sheath off of steering wheel shaft.

4. Insert the shaft of the front wheel assembly into the bottom of Skitter body.  Use pressure to set large bearing into base of Skitter body.

5. Tap it into place and make sure wheels line up with steering wheel.

6. Before inserting steering wheel, gently tighten nut so that the bottom ridge on screw secures into expansion flange. Firmly secure steering wheel into body.

7.  Before tightening steering unit align steering wheel with bottom wheels.

8.  Hold steering wheel and front wheel assembly when tightening 17mm bolt.  Important: firmly secure bolt so that steering wheel has no play when turning.

9.  Place steering cap on wheel.

10. Check all screws, back wheel legs and steering unit to ensure that all are secured and safe for play.
